The Underground Mover and Shakers of Christchurch Hospitality

We meet at irregular intervals to discuss food happenings, eat and have the occasional glass of wine. We consider ourselves the Christchurch Food Mafia and believe our underground meetings, plotting and scheming are influential in the progress of Canterburys food culture.
