The Cooks Club is an invitation only group of local cooks, chefs, restaurateurs and culinarians.
We meet at irregular intervals to discuss food happenings, eat and have the occasional glass of wine. We consider ourselve the Christchurch Food Mafia and believe our underground meetings, plotting and scheming is influential in the progress of Canterburys food culture.
The next meeting of The Cooks Club will be on Monday 28th January 2009. Members will be contacted by the usual method.
